Trying to unload some pics I recently took and everytime I click on acquire images/connect to camera I get a [CameraWindow] cannot connect or some shit, I uninstalled everything reinstalled everything including all drivers for the cam (rebel XT) and the EOS util/capture as well as updated the ZB itself...

what other program should I use to unload these? RAW included?

    Dont use a program

Plug in the camera, turn it on, then go into windows explorer and access the camera thru there, click and drag into folder

I would, but it doesn't show up under My Computer. Is there something else I gotta do for windows 2000?

If I use the windows imaging software...I can access my jpegs but none of my RAW images. Whenever I connect the camera (which is in PC Connection mode) It will detect it but I can't access it from under windows explorer :hs:
