I have that same thing.. I used to bring my lunch, and it kept it really warm.

Now I just go home and cook lunch. 5-minute commute FTW

I've kept warm foods such baked chicken, salmon, and rice in it. None of it gets soggy. You also have the option of microwaving it in the cups later. But i've never had to do that.

I also kept cold foods such as tuna w/ mayo. No issues there either.

edit: I can fit a chicken breast into mine as long as i cut it up into pieces. Enough room for me to get 45g of protein :)

not sure. There are 144 reviews on the amazon site, and it still maintains a 4.5 stars rating :eek3:. The answer might be in the reviews.

50% off...you almost can't go wrong. I should probably get this one too. Might need the extra room for my bulk :bateman:

Mixing up Hot and Room-Temp foods are cool. Cold and Room-Temp is fine also. I usually have hot chicken in the bottom cup, room-temp almonds in the top cup.

I've got one of these, it's badass. Every individual compartment is sealed and it keeps hot things hot (can't recall ever using it for cold things). If you eat ALOT, it may not be able to hold all of your meal. but should be good for the main part.
i eventually stopped using it because I got too lazy to cook food to bring into work. and you have to wash it every day.
    recommended, tho.
