    .

Note that long term use has led to downregulation of receptors and dependance in some people. Best to take it only when needed, or cycle it.

Could use ZMA on nights you don't use melatonin though.

nothing really to notice, its more for people who cant get to sleep. You should take it 30 minutes or so and no fatty meals before bed to get best results. I liked 6-9mg, didnt really make me feel drugged but more mellow.
I havent used it this year since i dont need anything much anymore but its great and safe

i used to take melatonin occasionally when i needed to get to sleep, probably only took it a total of 20 or 30 times. it worked well. then all of a sudden every time i took it i would pass out and wake up 3 hours later wide awake not able to fall back asleep.

    this was with 3-6mg.

I took it constantly for 3-4 months and when i quit i went through a couple weeks of not being able to fall asleep to save my ass. Would lay in bed for 3-4 hours some nights. After that I was never willing to take it more than a couple days in a row every so often...

You're thinking melatonan (II) -- a "tanning" agent.

Sick or just as a sleep aid?

I used to use nyquil all the time to help get to sleep.
I've also used melatonin... which IMO works well. It doesn't knock you out for 10 hours and make you feel groggy and shitty when you wake up like a lot of other sleep aids.

However, I will say that you can become dependent upon it. Falling asleep so easily is nice, and that feeling might become desired after a while.

I have anxiety issues though and when I lay down to sleep in a quiet room is usually when I start to remember all the bills I have to pay and all the homework I have to do so melatonin has helped me in the past.

I have not taken it in over a year though.

I honestly thought about getting some of that because I'm a pasty bastard but the whole "random raging boner" thing kinda turned me off.

It sounds like it would be fun... the first time you try it. I was more concerned about growing moles and turning into a leopard.

I got scripts for 60 valium a month, 30 xanax, 30 ambien, 30 rozerem, 60 tramadol, etc. Sleeping is never an issue for me  Then again i dont even use any of them, i just fill em and horde em for when the world ends.

    I prefer weed to sleep
