ZMA + Cottage Cheese = ???

    You're not supposed to mix ZMA and calcium because the calcium will inhibit the ZMA’s absorption. How should I split the ZMA and CC up, ZMA 45-60min before bed than CC right before bed, or vice-versa?

    ditch the ZMA. cottage cheese is much more important

    If I had to ditch one, it would be the ZMA for sure. But it sounds like I can keep both, and since I don’t sleep well, I’d like to keep the ZMA.

    ZMA is awesome for sleeping, I drink milk at night all the time...

    Yup...take the ZMA, wait about an hour or so and then have your cottage cheese, whey, natty pb, etc.
