Zimmy76's log--time to stop being lazy

    Last time I checked I weighed 276lbs, and I'm 6'1" tall. I'm just tired of being tired all the time, and getting out of breath over a simple exercise, or walking up a steep hill.:hs:

    My plan is to run 1 mile every morning before I head off to school, plus start eating healthy, and cutting out pop, beer until I hit 225. More then likely at that point I will cut out pop for good

    I'm also going to set my heavy bag back up, and use that for a 1/2--1 hour every night.

    jogged 1 mile tonight--although it was difficuilt I was able to jog the entire mile without stopping.

    jogged 1 mile today. Plan on jogging one more later tonight since I missed my jog yesterday. Also would like to get my heavy bag set up and start using that.

    jogged my 2nd mile for the day, then setup my heavy bag and worked that for about 15 min.

    Nothing major, but worked up a sweat.

    Pretty much my diet now consists of those lean cusine meals, water, and fruit. Every once in awhile I'll probably head to subway and grab one of those meals that has the less then 6 grams of fat or whatever it is.

    I've gone without pop for 3-4 days and think I'm over the caffine headaches

    been sick with something for over a week. Anyway I was able to go out for the first time in a week and jog a mile.

    didn't get in nearly as much as I wanted, but hit the gym for the first time in months. Got there at 9:30 and they closed at 10pm--they used to close at 11.

    Did a couple sets of incline/decline and regular bench. Then a couple sets of flys--nothing major or any major weight but it was nice to lift weights again.

    Then got on one of their stationary bikes for 10 min.--all the time I had left.

    However I weighed myself tonight and have dropped 10lbs so far.

    ran 1 mile, and worked out my back. Did 6 exercises 3 sets each. This is for yesterday as I wasn't able to get online after I got home.

    tonight was leg night--not fun, then ran a total of 1 mile.

    3 sets each--ranging from 8-10 reps
    squats
    leg extentions
    leg curls
    calf raises
    2 exercises for my hips

    seems like I've been sick all the time lately, and have been extremely busy with school.

    Ran/jogged 2 miles tonight
    worked out bi's/tri's
    did 15 min. on an exercise bike
