Seems like a while back i remember seeing a commercial for a zero calorie cooking oil, similar chemically to olestra, but the name eludes me. Anyone have any idea?

i don't think you can hate on chemicals if you eat any food that you didn't grow/raise yourself.

really, cooking oils when used properly are just a very minute part of your diet and generally can be used without much concern.

the only reason that has 0 calories is because the "serving size" is a spray that lasts a fraction of a second, which keeps it under 5 calories per serving and lets them list it as 0.

I'd eat a whole bag of WOW! chips and be totally fine. One time I did get some anal leakage but it was a small price to pay.
