another thing. during snatch grip deadlifts, is it normal for your shoulders to be in front of the bar?

When my elbows were killing me I used to do zercher shrugs.

And good question with snatch g. deads... if you're doing it to improve your power snatch....maybe you should keep your delts in front. No idea though.

    what fingers on the rings?

i bench w/ third finger on rings. i feel like i might be better off slightly narrower for incline bench but wider for snatch deads/rows

anyone have a gif of these? I just did zercher squats for the first time this week. It seems like you would have to get really low to the ground to do zercher deadlifts.

those are sissy squats, not zerchers.

i've done zerchers before when the squat rack was taken. it can be loaded a much lower rack. it kills your skin though if you don't have padding. i stick with back, front, and hack squats. i'd only go to the zerchers if the squat rack is taken again.

Middle finger on the ring... slightly wider on lighter sets and slightly closer on heaviest sets.

if youre practicing for olympic lifts youll want your shoulders in front of the bar. you can get your shoulders behind the bar on them but you gotta drop your hips down there at the start of the lift and lean back this will hit the quads alot more too.

do zerchers with a slitted pool noodle around the bar or towel numbnuts
