    Never knew this was here, but now that i do i'll take advantage of it

    Squats- 3 reps, with 205bl max
    Bent Over Rows 5X5, max of 40lb
    Incline Bench 5X5 max of 40lb
    tricept extentions 3X10 max 35 lb
    Angle bench 5X5 with max of 45 each arm
    situps- 60
    ran a mile

    notihing, today, got summer finals coming up, and this will me first day not working out in 2 weeks. give my muscles some rest might be good.


    edit: i got bored and ran 3.3 miles on a treadmil

    Bench Press 5X5 115lb max
    Incline DB 5X5 90lb max
    Deadlifts 5X5 120lb max
    Leg Press 2X5 270 lb max
    Leg Press with only tip toes on plane, at a 30 degree angel 5X5 180lb max
    Angle Bench 5X5 90lb max
    100 situps

    Also after two weeks of working out exactly, i have gain 6 lbs, and it seems like my gut is only getting smaller and more ripped, so this 6 lb is hopfully all musle wieght. First time in my life i weight this much.

    Ran 3 miles on treadmil
    60 regular sit ups,
    40 decline sit ups
    20 extended sit ups

    I weighed in a gain, yesterday i was 156, today i am 153.8??
    i made sure both weights were on the same scale, with no clothes on, so now i'm losing weight? wierd. hopfully i'll start gaining overall.

    took a few days break due to not being in college.

    Back today:
    Barbell bench (12,10,8,6,4,2) Max 40 lb each
    DeadLift (12,10,8,6,4,2) Max 60 lb each
    incline angle bench 5X5 all 35LB
    leg press (15,10,5) max 270
    angle leg press (15,10) max 180 lb
    50 crucnches
    biked 30 min

    went to the clinic today to find out my wrist pain was a gangionic cyst, so i had it drained, cound'nt lift after was i went on a light 2 mile run and did some situps.

    i think i hurt myseld jumping out of bed today (bunkbed)...my right ankle and elbow are wasted, no work out today

    I'm not too sure what cutting means, yeah i'm a newb to F&N, i'm basiclly just trying to gain musle weight...As of recent i started at 155LB (month ago, had a gut) now today i'm at 154lb with no gut. So hopfully now my weight will start going up since my gut is gone. I'm eating about 3-4K cals, mostly all healthy and 150-200 protein a day. If i'm doing somthing wrong, let me know.


    today (lowered weight, trying to get perfect form):
    Bench Press (12,10,8,6,4,2) 115 Lb max
    Incline Bench Press (12,10,8,6,4,2) 85 Lb max
    Decline Bench Press (12,10,8,6,4,2) 95 Lb max
    Incline Angle Bench Press (12,10,8,6,4,2) 80 Lb max

    Ah k, the last time I viewed your diets they showed up only about a 1/3 of what you were eating, but anyway, what I was about to say still applies.

    Now that you've sat a 154 for a while, its safe to increase your calories. Try out 4000 and watch your weight, if there is no change still, increase them more.

    also, your chest routine is very bad, you're doing 5 variations on bench press....

    I recommend that you limit it to 2 presing movements.

    You could also benefit from a more structured routine such as christophers routine outlined in the archives....

    I started out on Chris's Routine, 3X a weeks was too little so i slowly adjusted to this routine, as for my chest routine, i'll see what i can do to change it up. I still want to keep flat, incline, and decline bench in it though.

    Today was cardio, Biked on high gear for 30 mins, then swimmed for 30 min.
