Today i had 6 eggs + 3 slices of butter infused bread.
6eggs = 420 cal
not sure on the bread.
had it twice in a span of 3 hours

btw how much fat ?
Is that a throw it in the microwave type?
Or a sachet of cheese and loose macaroni that you throw in a pot and boil?
I do that same shit except with a can of chili. Chicken chilli is 40g per can, plus another ~35ish from tuna and you have a power packed meal under 650 cals

lately I've been stuck on pasta and I'll use some canned sauce and olive oil-fried extra lean ground beef
easy 1200 calories
it's pretty good. My only suggestion is make sure your chili has beans in it. The beanless chili tastes shitty when mixed with tuna.
