Stopped by this hole in the wall pawn shop a bit ago.Seen they had a few firearms for sale.First one that caught my eye,a bushy A2,but not for 850 bucks. Then I noticed a yugo sks for 200 bucks.pretty good condition realy.all the serial #`s matched, wood in decent shape.the bore looked good to go,but i didnt realy get to see how the bbl is.
so basicly,is it worht 200 bucks?also has a bayo aswell.

Id say if it was a Norinco, and you thught it was a good rifle, go for it, but when you can find unissued Yugos for under $200, Id say look around first.

Oh, and Im pretty sure you can get them used for about $90 or more

i'm not a fan of the yugo's, and i have not seen a yugo that was worth $200 personally... i'm sure there are some, but i have not found any.... i'm a big fan of norinco's, and those can be had for much less.

$200 might be worth it if its unissued/new otherwise you can buy yugo's all day for $120. as others have said Norinco would be worth it so would Russian.

From what Ive heard, the Yugo is a fairly well built gun as far as finish goes. Since I heard that most of the parts are machined.

Now how it operates is an entirely different thing

I don't own one but I've heard that they tend to operate flawlessly.

Yugo's don't have the chrome-lined bore; Chinese' do.

From what I've heard, it's Russian > Chinese > Yugo

A buddy's got a Yugo, I've got a Chinese. His has a better stock, mine's a bit lighter and a bit more accurate. His barrel hasn't pitted, but is much more prone to it if neglected.
