to me: whey protein, decent multi, fishoil, creatine (if your looking to add a lil mass), glutamine, and of course a good 40/40/20 diet.

anyone agree, or care to add?

i need some suggestions for some new whey too. i just finished a container of nectar fuzzy navel and i have a whole container of ONS vanilla ice cream but i HATE it...can i get some good recommendations for a quality, good tasting protein (chocolate pref)...and what can i mix with the vanilla?

Meat and whey. The help that everything else provides is miniscule.

Dunno why but I laughed. A whole fucking lot of people would benefit from going on a meat (fish and eggs included) and veggies diet though.

Creatine and fish oil are necessary. There are studies on the benefits of creatine on cognitive functions and healthy aging.

Hey mike, quick question...since i found you here, for Red Blast, you take it and then wait an hour correct? What would you recommend, 30 minutes or 1 hour?

Oh and as for me, i would say Whey and Creatine or Multivitamins...something like that

definitely... you have to make sure you get the order correctly though, otherwise you could have negative consequences..

1st dose: feesh an' a rice cake
2nd dose (2 hours later): have mee feesh
3rd dose (2 hours later): feesh an' a rice cake
4th dose (2 hours later): have mee sommore feesh

    repeat until bed.

I think most would have difficulty getting the equivalent of 6g of fishoil from diet alone. Unless salmon is all they eat, everyday. That's assuming 6g is the ideal.

Whey protein, BCAAS, multivitamins, fish oil.

I've been taking BCAAS by the ton the last few weeks, I'm definitely seeing alot of benefit.

"Must have" is really only Protein. Everything else is just a straw of hay on a hay stack.

If a had a few options though it would be protien, multi, fish oil, sesamin.

Me too. I think I've had caffeine pre workout everyday since February. Tried to stop recently and workouts went south really fast as well as abit of a headache.

fish oil and multivitamin. I get more than enough protein through my diet. I think whey or any protein supplement is overrated. Unless of course you dont eat protein normally.
