A good amount of veg oil
A small handful of finely diced garlic
A pinch of red pepper flakes
    Handful of green onion
    Handful of pinenuts

Sear the garlic and roast the pinenuts on semi-high heat, then add a dab of butter, cook pasta, add the smallest drizzle of water to the sauce, toss pasta with salt, pepper, parsley, parm / romano cheese and serve.

    1 package of spinach
Throw some basil in that bitch

if you like it spicy: throw some red pepper flakes/frank's red hot/cayenne pepper

Cook Barilla Protein Plus penne pasta w/ salt

Cook chicken breasts in a pan

Take chicken breasts out and slice on a cutting board

Throw into the same pan (without the chicken now)
    - olive oil
    - diced onion
    - diced zucchini
    - garlic

Once they are sweated through, add in 1/4 - 1/2 cup white wine to de-glaze

    Add chicken back in

Add pasta into pan with everything else

Add more olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano

    Toss and enjoy

    ---------------------------------------------------------------

Cook Barilla Protein Plus penne pasta w/ salt

In pan, cook some ground beef (I like Whole Foods grass fed sirloin)

In another pan (or same one if you only have one) add olive oil, onion, garlic, green pepper, red pepper

Once beef is cooked, de-glaze brown, crusty goodness with a bit of merlot red wine

    add cooked veggies to mixture

add pasta sauce (I like Barilla tomato and basil.... GREAT STUFF. If you buy ragu or prego you're a faggot)

Season with herbs/spices according to taste (make sure you include crushed red pepper though)

Throw pasta in with it all (to the pan you cooked the meat in)

    Let cook for 2 min

    Serve

I've got a million of them. I'm Italian and make pasta a staple of my diet regardless of cutting or bulking.

A fairly easy way to really dress up egg noodles is to make a carbonara sauce. Instead of the cream just use the egg yolks and some of that omega 3 olive oil butter.

i like to cook up onions, garlic and veggies with olive oil and a clubhouse greek/italian seasoning... toss the cooked pasta in that, and top with parm.

    Manicotti

    2 packages manicotti pasta
    16 oz red sauce
    1 lb ricotta cheese
2 oz mozarella cheese for cheese mix
2 oz mozarella cheese for sprinkling on top
1 oz parmesan cheese for cheese mix
A bit more parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top
1 oz romano cheese for cheese mix
    1 egg
A few tablespoons of brown sugar (secret ingredient!!!)
Spices (i use a mix of basil, marjoram, sage, oregano, thyme)

    Start boiling pasta.
Mix cheeses, egg, brown sugar and spices in bowl. Stir/beat until smooth. Stick cheese mix in freezer for 10-15min to chill.
Prepare a casserole dish with a layer of red sauce on bottom.
When pasta is done, fill with cheese mix and arrange tightly in pan. (You may want to slice the pasta open for easier filling)
Pour a layer of red sauce over the filled pasta. Sprinkle cheeses on top.
Bake pasta 10-15 min until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Remove from oven, sprinkle top with fresh spices.

And garlic bread goes great with this.

Are you fucking high again? Using pasta as a generic word is the most ignorant shit I've ever read. It depends completely on what pasta you are referring to. There are things like spaghetti that traditionally have no meat in them, but true italians DO put meat in a lot of pasta dishes.

    yes.

i work in a city that's 50% italian, with an office full of italian women that were born everywhere from Venice to Sicily.

here's FIVE classic italian dishes that have meat and are served with pasta:

-Trippa a la Florentina (Tripe w/ Tomato sauce)
-Cacciatore a la Pollo (Tomato & Chicken Stew, OFTEN served over pasta)
-Ravioli a la Bolognese (Meat Ravioli)
    -Bolognese Sauce(Meat sauce - served over......PASTA!)
-Lasagna a la Bolognese (get this....Lasgna....With meat!)

so thats five i can name off the top of my head, and it's been 15 years since i've worked in an italian restaurant. I'm sure i can give you more examples if i spent 5 minutes on google

Yes I have. Apparently in all of your car sleeping and backpacking, you didn't go to the part of Italy that eats meat.
