Your opinion on neck bridges?

    As for exercises, I’m not a big fan of neck bridges as they seem unsafe and every time I see someone doing them I have this intense urge to kick their heads out from underneath them. Since I know I’m not the only that thinks like that, I’ll play it safe and stick to the neck harness and the 4 way neck machine.

    I do them at home before neck harness workout

    they work, we did them all the time when i wrestled. but i stick to the 4 way neck machine now

    No neck machine at my gym, and I'm still doing BJJ, so I get my fair share of neck bridges there.

    I don't like em either - no reason really... I prefer the harness and weighted neck work with sand bags and such.

    We do them in wrestling. It's for getting out of a pin. If your good at them its hard to pin yah.
