IN. FUCK. Thats such horseshit. Sunday is always my workout day and this is annoying as fuck since there are so many sunday holidays. I did legs this tues, chest this thurs now I would normally do back this sat and shoulders and arms on sunday.. but im thinking about doing this instead: thurs (i did chest) today do back and saturday do shoulders and arms and then have sunday and monday to recover and resume normal schedule on tuesday... so that would be 3 days in a row lifting (which i dont usually do thesedays) or should I jsut skip my shoulder and arms day on sunday?
