Your favorite Ab workout for home (mines getting boring)

    Just want to try some different stuff in the morning, I have 5-6 different routines but their getting kind of old.


    My favorite has to be "the alphabet".

    Basically lay on your back elevated torso and legs together, and write the alphabet letter by letter in caps.

    what i do:

    stability ball crunches 3x40 w/25lbs
    leg raises: 3x20
    situps: 3x20 w/20lbs
    sidebends 3x20 w/100lb db
    landmines: 3x8 w/35lbs

    too bad im fat so u cant see my abs

    8 minute abs.. thats what ive been doing everyday.
