What sort of abs workouts do you guys and girls do? Ive pretty much just started out but my personal trainer has got me doing: 3 x 25 situps on a swiss ball. 3 x 25 crocodille ab work outs (you lie down and have the swiss ball between your feet and you pass it up to your arms and then back down again). 3 x 25 ab workouts where you have your feet on the swiss ball in a press up type position and you roll the ball up with your feet so that they tuck under your chest. It seems to be working fairly well so far - only been doing them 4 x a week for 2 weeks but my abs seem to be getting a pretty good workout. What are some of your plans?
