whattchu know bout getting injured and having your deadlift go to shit
I don't work out my legs because my knees hurt.
But I take glucosamine so I've got really healthy joints.
been there done that
it was my knee... no really it was... for real... seriously
i think christophers is in the shitty injury crew
christophers is a punk that would get outsquatted at an irish jig competition, much less a lifting meet.

i don't think that guy has touched a weight in his life anyway
still recovering from a fully torn PCL surgery 5 months ago...

I don't work my legs because they're big enough from bicycling.
I use the ellipitcal on the interval setting. When it get to 'uphilll' my thighs are burning.
I don't think many can empathize with the the sacrifices I've made.

I'm complete opposite. Its much scarier for me to put heavy shit on my back and know my knee will be there when I try to stand up
