    I don't work out my legs because my knees hurt.

    But I take glucosamine so I've got really healthy joints.

    I use the ellipitcal on the interval setting. When it get to 'uphilll' my thighs are burning.

    I don't think many can empathize with the the sacrifices I've made.

    I'm complete opposite. Its much scarier for me to put heavy shit on my back and know my knee will be there when I try to stand up :o :hsd:
