    Ok, now without any jokes, I can help you if you have some questions about building your body.

    I have been doing it for 4,5 years now and I started from 57kg. Now 4,5 years later my weight is 76kg (height: 1.72), ofcourse with breaks from time to time (heavy study, relationship problems)

    So.. if you have any questions, I might tell you about my experience.

    Is this your "stage" weight or just typical weight everyday while off-season?

    What does it matter.

    167lbs at 5' 7" and he is soliciting his knowledge to others with his very own thread :rolleyes:
    Even at sub10% fat, that height and weight is hardly that impressive.... At least not impressive enough to warrant a thread like this.

    So right now my cycle is this:
    4g test enanthate/wk
    100mg tren ace/day
    150 mg npp/day
    50 a50/day
    50 mg/dbol

    So, my question is....should I add in some muscletech....maybe creatine? I hear that shits hardcore though.
