    if anything it should be "because knowing when to fuck around & joke around and when not to is a pretty important thing for anyone in the military to know"

    Do you not stand Pier Sentry/MOOW/POOW/OOD on duty days? If so, ROE and EOF is pretty fucking important for those positions to have a good grasp on.
