i lose 14 pounds in one day. i checked the scale this morning and i weighed 220, after work it said 206:eek3: . its only about 85 here but the humidity makes it feel in the 90s especially since i was on a rooftop half the day. i drank about a 1/2 gal of water and over 1200 cals of food.

haha yea...I inspect roofs so I know where you are coming from
it's hotter then balls here in Cali, 90 outside means its at least 100-105 on a roof.

I kill at least a gallon of water while I am working, I only work 2 or 3hrs too :o

    yeah, it blows.

I was doing this last summer, I'd like to say you get used to it but you dont really, its just all around gay as fuck. Especially the forearm + calf tan you get. :coolugh:
Im guessing you have to set appointments before going out? I dont :fawk:, which is good because I try to get to my first house by 8:30am-9am and just bust as til like 12pm and then I am done.

that'd leave me bed ridden, :bowdown:to you.

yeah in july and august it should be around 100-105 daily...which means like 115 on roofs, GOING TO BE FUN!:cool::cool::cool::hsugh:
