    thanks :)

yong i choi didn't impress me much in the video just because they didn't really show much of his actual skill besides breaking stuff :o

but christ, bruce lee is fucking fast...i always forget how fast that guy was until i watch videos like these again :eek3:

From the looks of that video, Lee, no contest. That is unless the other guy breaks a brick on his head. :sad2:

Most people know Yong I-Choi as Mas Oyama. He founded Kyokushin Karate. I trained that for a long time. Good stuff. Full contact training really gets you used to full contact fighting. and it helps to take away the fear of getting hit and attacked.

Nope, I'm a visual learner.
Fat man with bricks in the video, that was all. The article won't show me what he can do, just what people say he did. Not nearly as impressive.

dude mas oyama would fucking destroy bruce lee. he was a certified badass hardened through years of full contact fighting.

bruce lee was a movie star, and while most likely a good fighter... most of it is probably hype.

I idolize bruce lee, the man is my fucking hero.

And I always thought he was just a movie star too, but I've read up on his life, the man led an incredibly disciplined life centered around the perfection of his body...some crazy shit.
