Started yohimbine today... woke up at 630, took 5mg and 200 of caffeine, went back to sleep till 8. 830am threw up nothing since my stomach was empty, ate some breakfast, took the rest of my pills, puke it all up. My stomach still feels like it's doing hoolahoops around my asshole. WTF?

I dunno man. I've used absurd ammounts of caffiene and high doses of yohimbine both oral and transdermal with no stomach problems.

    Probably completely unrelated.

there two different variants of yohimbine hcl, the first one made me go crazy and felt sick, the 1r2s one did not.

its actually a fairly common side effect of oral yohimbine (though typically requires a higher dose). two main sides of oral yohimbine are nauseua and anxiety.

in your case hypoglycemia is likely a big factor.

So maybe take the YC and then eat maybe an hour afterwards instead of two hours? I think I would have been fine if I just had some stuff in my stomach a little sooner. Now my stomach is fucked for the entire day. Maybe it'll go away? Since this was the first dose maybe my body just needs to get used to it. :dunno:

Maybe I missed the point of this thread, but why are you taking caffeine (at such large doses) and then going back to sleep?

Better question is how in the hell did you actually fall back asleep? When I'm on ECA I'm fucking wired.

I regularly get up 30-60 minutes early just to pop some caffeine and go back to sleep....

that way I tend to wake up feeling better and ready to go...

200mg is the standard dose for an EC/ECY stack, and going back to sleep for an hour or so so I'm not awake while the Y does it thing.

I am just going to take a guess and say not to wait more than 2 hours to eat after taking the CY.

Not only does Y cause nausea, but for people not used to caffeine, that can cause nausea on an empty stomach as well. When I first started drinking coffee last year I needed food in my stomach.

I think if you get some food in within an hour and a decent amount of water you will be fine.

I was also thinking the caffeine on an empty stomach caused it. Thanks for your help in this thread. :bigthumb:
