    One quick question. Would it be ok for me to do weight training 4 days a week with 3 days of HIIT cardo as well? Or would the cardio be sabatoging my efforts in the gym?

    Currently 6"2 200 lbs. Pretty solid, thanks to decent genetics. Been lifting for a month and a half now and I'm starting to see some results.

    i play a lot of sports, basketball, soccer, football etc. So being really huge isn't my ideal situation. I'd like to have a good amount of strength/power, explosive speed and good endurance.

    weights 4 days per week + HIIT 3 days + lots of sports too? I hope you eat a lot if you want to gain anything.

    Totally I eat massive amounts...I'll go to BK and eat 4 JB cheeseburgers...Or Wendy's and have 3-4 spicy chicken sandwiches...followed by a whey shake with oatmeal, egg whites, tuna, 2 bananas, a spoonful of flax oil, and 4 tbsps of natural PB. After 5 PM I eat all fresh fruits and vegatables with complex carbs. Except for after my workout, when I have another shake followed by a few grilled chicken breasts
