:uh: Didn't think about that :hsugh: Just did it and now it looks like total crap.

    Camera: Nikon D50
    Exposure: 0.04 sec (1/25)
    Aperture: f/11
    Focal Length: 300 mm
    Exposure Bias: 0/6 EV
    ISO Speed: 200

What it might be is not using a remote/delay. I'm going to try it again tonight if the sky is clear using a 2 second timer. Also, I'm using manual mode for it with f/11 set, should I meter it just off the side of the moon to get the shutter speed? Then recompose on the moon and do it?

    Good luck :x:

I didn't use a remote with mine either, so I'm hoping that's why mine is blurry too.

I was taking some pictures of my friend's Gundam models the other night in my office in crappy light. Shutter speed was slowed down a lot and I figured out I was giving them blur when using the button without a delay. Added a 2s delay and everything was fine :o

Total lunar eclipse tonight, I'm going to try taking some pictures. Do you guys spot meter on the moon itself?
