So is there any good turorials on how to bulk up a little and put on some muscle? What to eat also? Would I be better off getting a membership at a health club, or getting a boxflex delivered to my house? I'm 22, 6'4'' and about 180 pounds. I want to put on like 20 pounds of muscle (dreaming outloud) Do i need to start blowing money at GNC? Anyways, here's my usual daily diet, it varies a bit but not usually. I never eat fast food, I never drink soda, I drink probably ten bottles of water a day, and green tea like woah. I hate bread, i never eat it. I used to drink a ton of milk, but now I don't drink any milk at all, I take a calcium pill and a multivitamin every day. Breakfast Usually a granola bar, and a blended yogurt, with a piece of fruit whatever is around. Lunch I'll make a wrap with ham or turkey and cheese with lettuce and thousand island dressing. I eat this like every other day. Sometimes I'll just eat a can of tuna with a little spoonful of mayo in it. Sometimes i'll make a whole box of mac and cheese with a half a stick of butter in it and a splash of milk. Dinner I eat like steak/pork/or boneless chicken like every night. I eat fresh veggies and salad all the time. I run my own business, so I have time to go to a health club during the day pretty much any day I want.
