I was inclining 225 today and felt great, figured I'd go for a few extra reps. On my last rep I got 3/4 of the way up and couldn't push through so I had to dump it slightly backwards onto the rack. This managed to seriously injure my right shoulder I've already been through this bullshit with my left shoulder and it took it 2 YEARS to get back to 100%. Now my left knee and right shoulder are both fucked up. I'm turning 30 next month as well. These injuries coupled with my testosterone level in the fucking 160s are making me feel pretty damned old. I'm hoping in a couple days it will feel better, but I have the symptoms of a good 'ol rotator cuff injury. It hurts like a bitch to raise my arm out to the side. I can lift it all the way over my head, but with quite a bit of pain. Shit I hope this feels better soon and I don't have to go through shoulder rehab again.
