Yawning constantly while lifting

    Some days i yawn almost constantly while working out. I dont feel tired at all and once i stop lifting i stop yawning.

    i heard it has something to do with not getting enough oxygen and if thats true how can i increase my oxygen intake?

    Oxygen deprivation. Start breathing during sets.

    Also consider your hydration as that directly impacts the oxygen carrying ability of your blood.

    I suck at breathing through sets.

    I breathe during sets and drink a ton of water and still get it.

    Maybe i need to do more cardio :o

    breathe in right before you begin your lift, exhale thru the motion of the lift.

    I black out on heavy squats sometimes when i forget to breathe properly...that sucks.

    Happens to me sometimes but usually when I'm just tired as hell. Not that unusual I guess, try to breathe better

    when i do low rep heavy sets, i hold my breath.

    10 rep sets + holding breath = bad
