My new favorite lift I wish I'd discovered it earlier.
what is it?
Bent over BB row with palms supinated.
i like regular ones better, somehow i think of those as cheating
I do regular BB rows too, these just tear the shit out of your biceps as well as your lats
BB Rows rock, but I perfer prone cambered bar rows or chest supported rows as my lower back sees enough volume as it is.
didn't yates actually tear his bicep doing this?
I like the yates/ pendlay combo.
CSR rocks my socks
Ceaze's Seated Rows?
I call thoes bent over rows.
csr was the first exercise that made my lats really feel it
What are pendlay rows?
I did this hammer strength seated csr yesterday and my back is absolutely wrecked today
Yep. Give credit where credit is due.
Been doing them since end of october.
so if you had to choose between a bent over row or a yates row you would pick....?
does anyone have any pics or vid clips of yates rows?
Edit: google IS my friend
I do my yates/ pendlay rows definitely below 45 degrees, much closer to parallel than what I've seen others do.
a staplemark of my back days
i can't do chest-supported rows... i prefer t-bar rows, personally
and why not
1) i don't feel like i get as good of a workout as i do with t-bar rows
2) the "pad" kills my chest
3) my rom sucks
i guess i can do them... i just prefer to do something else
