    I do regular BB rows too, these just tear the shit out of your biceps as well as your lats :o

    BB Rows rock, but I perfer prone cambered bar rows or chest supported rows as my lower back sees enough volume as it is.

    I did this hammer strength seated csr yesterday and my back is absolutely wrecked today :(

    so if you had to choose between a bent over row or a yates row you would pick....?

    does anyone have any pics or vid clips of yates rows?

    I do my yates/ pendlay rows definitely below 45 degrees, much closer to parallel than what I've seen others do.

    i can't do chest-supported rows... i prefer t-bar rows, personally

    1) i don't feel like i get as good of a workout as i do with t-bar rows
    2) the "pad" kills my chest
    3) my rom sucks

    i guess i can do them... i just prefer to do something else
