you know you've been in OTCC too long when you see this thread and immediately start reverting to your main forum days where you want to strangle the original poster for pinning the fifth star on captain obvious.

    but i digress...such a good book :hs:

    carry on

I read Lucifer and fucking loved it. I've heard DMZ and 100 Bullets are good. Truth? What are those about?

What's the most recent Walking Dead issue?

I recommend 100 bullets more. Mainly because it's LITERALLY about to end very soon with the 100th issue (at 98 right now). And though i read about five issues or so of DMZ, i can tell it was good, but not 100 bullets good.
DMZ is about this journalist caught in Manhattan, deemed a Demilitarized Zone after the Second Civil War in America. It revolves mainly around him and his exploits around there, with some of the recent issues showing back stories of other characters.

100 Bullets is about a shitload of things, but the main plot goes that there is a small group of people who "control" America, called The Trust. They have these "guards" called the Minutemen who are supposed to control and balance the powers of The Trust, mainly by killing anyone who steps out of bound. But their main Minutemen leader turns on them and shit happens to various members of the Minutemen.
The story begins with the Minutemen leader, Agent Graves, going around the country giving people a simple choice. He has evidence that shows that they have been wronged somehow and that they have the opportunity to do something about that.
They can either take the case he has, which has 100 bullets and a gun, and shoot the person that has wronged them. In which case, they will not be touched for that crime as the police know that any bullet like the ones inside are big no-no.
    Or they can walk away.

    Crazy shit happens

I read up until #50ish and then dropped it for whatever reasons, but i'll just wait until it's finished and then read 'em all from the beginning again.

I stopped reading 100 because some idiot didn't name the files correctly and I got tired of trying to read an issue only to find out the pages were in the wrong order.
