Does anyone take this or know anything about it?
Overpriced and overhyped
If you are just beginning to lift (less than 5 years of lifting) then you should focus only on your training and diet. You can buy all the supplements in the world, but there is no such thing as a quick fix.
ive been lifting for a while, not quite 5 years. I tried bulking last winter and it was definately working, but i stopped for school. Im not looking for a quick fix but I am trying to bring better results.
WAYYY over priced and not worth the cash, buncha gimmick ingredients
Do you have any suggestions for protein suppliments?
Sounds to me like you would benefit a lot from reading the stickies and archives in F&N. Lots of good info there.
get some ON Whey from bulknutrition.com. its cheap and good.. as for other supplements.. don't waste your money on much else. stick to the basics, which would include a multi and whey.. maybe add creatine if you want.
