ive been using Xtend and CEE in conjunction with a very low calorie diet and ive got to say im very very impressed. i PRed on bench today (250). my weight has been a stedy 200 lbs with noticable decreases in BF%. so my strength has gone up, ive packed on muscle and ive been shedding bodyfat and not feeling shitty while eating around 50g of carbs a day

    i highly recommend it

It's good stuff and delish to chug on while at the gym. I usually buy a tub or two when BN has it on sale. A steady supply of Xtend = win.

Be warned: it's expensive to buy when it's not on sale. Especially if you're +180lbs, 'cause of the amount of scoops you'll be taking for a single serving. Watermellon > Grape, IMO.

I'm sure you can find a lot more info even in OTFN by searching. It's talked about pretty often. Also check the sale sticky often for Xtend specials.

If i take xtend in conjuction with a whey protein blend (IDS multi-whey) when should I take them? Does using xtend pre- and post-workout and IDS with my other protein shakes sound about right?

Others on here may use it on off days, I do not.

I use 2.5 to 3 scoops. It gives a weight chart on the back of the container.

No problemo. Search the forums though there's a lot of talk about xtend in particular. See what others say about off days.

I only take it on training days too. There's no way I could take 5-6 scoops every day. That'd be rediculously expensive.

I have two watermelon bottles that's going to last a long time too, only taking it on training days (4) and only using 2 scoops. May up to to 3 to meet my bodyweight recommendation though.
