    Hey folks

I just set up my 7 box at home to host a VPN connection. I am able to successfully connect to it from the outside on my netbook running XP, but I am having a hard time setting up file sharing.

Both computers can ping each other's IP address. The 7 box has an IP of 192.168.1.5, but it also shows up on my router as "new-host-3" with an IP of 192.168.1.8. This address is the that the netbook shows as the VPN server.

The netbook can ping the 7 box's hostname if I put the name of the VPN connection at the end of it. However, if I try the same from the 7 box to the netbook the following happens:

Pinging netbook.home [192.168.1.9] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.1.5: Destination host unreachable.
Reply from 192.168.1.5: Destination host unreachable.
Reply from 192.168.1.5: Destination host unreachable.

UNC (\\server\share) does not work from either computer when using either IP address or hostname.

    Any fix for this?
