Is it possible to have two accounts totally separate with Windows XP? I would like to have two different resolutions, lock the second user out of certain files and programs, etc. Of course I would like to do this but not have it affect my account.

If it's XP Pro, then NTFS will take care of all your file permission needs.

Download a CLI res-change program. You can have it run at user log-in to change the res to their desired settings, then the next user to log in will have it change it to their desired settings, etc, etc.
