XM radio...MyFi or SkyFi??

    Completely depends on the way it will be used. If you never wanna carry it with you... like a "walkman", then I would go with the SkyFi.

    If you are looking for portability, then the MyFi is def the way to go. It can be used in car/home with the adapters, but they aren't mentioned in the link you posted. If $150 covers the home/car kit, I would go with the MyFi for portability.

    But quality wise they are about the same?

    quality on the SkyFi2 is good, depending on the connection type.

    In my car, using the FM transmitter on local stations, I get crap quality. If you hard wire it in with adapters to your radio, you get the best quality. I settled for decent and went with the cassette adapter method.

    As for the MyFi quality, I'm not really sure. I've never used one personally.

    What about XM Radio in Canada? I just heard that once I leave the city (Vancouver) theres a bunch of dead spots :wtc:

    Any opinions/thoughts about getting this for christmas? :x:
