xhtml 1.1 + CSS issue...white space in mozilla

    setting height value on div images to the ssme as the img works, but is there another way?

    Firstly validate your xhtml because I think you have two html tags. Secondly add this to the #image definition:

    line-height:0px;

    Thirdly you need <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?> before the doctype but be careful to echo it properly if you run php on your webserver. Lastly you should serve xhtml 1.1 as application/xhtml+xml if possible (2.0 it will be manditory). IE won't take it yet but Mozilla will.     EDIT:// Also take out the image height and width. Instead do something like:
    #image img { height: 105px; width: 125px; }
