Both Shots taken in the Wyoming Elk Refugee -- More to come as they are PP'd
subjects aren't in the frame
was that first pic slightly panned? i'd like to see the exif
compose a little better. either shoot tight or tell a story by shooting wider.
first picture you cut off sections of the - wolf? hate to see amputee's.
second picture - same thing. you cut off quarters of the animal. either go in for a full frame of the face or back off a little and give more background, work it into the picture.
the color, wb and all that looks good, but focus on what you want the person looking at the picture to interpret
That elk has a lions head
Why did you cut) off the wolf?
That elk looks a little (alot) yellow
You get lots of orange snow around your parts?
I really like the wolf he looks like he's on the prowl.
Go read this month's popphoto
Talks all about cropping animals and stuff and not having to have to entire animal in the shot...
Your avatar is really distracting. First one is cool, shame that he was cropped out
I don't think so. The EXIF is available @ http://flickr.com/photos/fpsdavid/2356077215/
I was attempting to get them in the corners of the frame.
I fixed the WB on the elk shot.
