    sqft = square foot

    could be great for realtor/construction/interior designer/architecture of any kind. I have access to the owner of the site, we have been trying to dump it for a while but I'm not sure what it's worth.

    you can make it a calculator...user enters a #...and then you square it for them you'll make millions

    I don't know if that's allowed here, but I think for $1500 we could get a deal made.

    would have been great for office 2000 , but those days are gone.

    still a good name though, google up a company that starts with O and has 2000 in it.

    Not a bad domain. If I bought it, I doubt I'd do anything with it.

    Does it get any traffic as-is?

    none, it used to be for a commercial real estate business that no longer exists.

    I like the domain, but $1,500 is too high for me for an undeveloped name.

    The smartest thing to do would be Google "Square foot" or "sq ft" and see what businesses come up. E-mail them, and send your offer over.

    So you're firm on the $1,500? Even though the highest offer you've received is $300?

    Sit on it and wait for the right buyer. I run an ecommerce site 3sx performance and some lady had 3sx.com and wanted like a couple thousand for it. It was kinda funny, she was trying to sell it as a porn site, like 3 sex, get it (our vendors write things like 3sex on our po,s think they're hilarious :hs:). She put a hit counter on the front page (which was getting like 10,000 hits a month from people looking for us) and she was like multiply this # by a $10 membership fee and see the revenue potential :rofl:. If it were up to me I would have given it to her, would have been well worth it to us if not more (and we're about the only one's in the world it'd be worth that much to, we're an extremely niche market, (not to mention the type of people that know better than to click on adwords), so all the traffic it was getting was just about worthless to anyone but us), but boss man is stubborn and refused to pay more than $500. She finally got sick of waiting, told us she'd put it on ebay starting at $500. We were the only bidder :wiggle:

    It's worth more then $300 imho, to the right buyer. all of the available LLLL.coms have been registered, which is kinda of a lame reason for them to be valuable imho. I'd say its a decent LLLL.com, compared to lame ones like zrqt.com. The domain is only worth as much as a buyer is willing to pay.

    have you listed it at sedo.com?

    lol pretty sure, usually not browsing OT when I'm drunk :hsugh:. Sorry I wrote it in like 10 sec on the way out the door, and it wasn't to OT standards.

    I'd register it for 5 years, consider it an investment and just forget about it. You know how hard it's gonna be to find a .com that means anything or is shorter than 5 letters in 2 or 3 years?

    It's like this multi-millionaire kid that was on that show the big idea one night...registered 100's of 1 word, short .coms when he was 16 or 17. Worth millions now in under 10 years from just a few thousand in investments. Genius, but so fucking obvious.

    yeah I'm greedy and don't think $300 is worth dumping a 4 letter real estate related name. Greed & stupidity pwn me :)

    I'll buy it for $500 if you can hold it for a short while.
