    might as well...

    160lbs to ~ 175lbs right now, will be 1 year of training at the beginning of june.

    Thats pretty damn good progress. I'd say chest and traps need the most work, although there's no back shot so I can't tell anything about that.

    similar but these are new , i've put on about 10 lbs.

    i've probably made the biggest strength improvements on chest exercises too, it just seems to grow slower :dunno: i'm currently doing 100's with DB's and 235 BB for reps. I think i started with like 95lbs or something.

    not really keeping track right now, but i cut on about 1500-1800 per day. These days i generally have 3 shakes per day at around 500-700 cals each plus a couple of meals.

    yeah traps are my fault though, i had been neglecting them, and they're coming along fine now that i've been working them. They'll catch up soon. But my chest is just being stubborn :wtc:
