The label on these wheat thins says that there are 22g of carbs per serving, then it's further broken down into Dietary fiber 5g, and Sugars 3g. So my question is, where the fuck are the other 14g of carbs coming from???????

Is this the first time you've read a nutrition label?

On nutrition labels carbs are broken down into 4 categories usually: Fiber, sugar, sugar alcohol, and complex carbs.

This lets you know what kind of carbs you are consuming.

Something like your wheat things are largely complex carbs and fiber, which is good. However, something more in-line with junk food might have 22g total carbs, but 20 of that might be sugar... This is bad. You want high fiber complex carbs for the most part.

The remaining 14g in your wheat things are complex carbs. Mostly, pay attention to total carbs, sugar context, and fiber.
