wtf.. makes no sense.. maybe

    I been going to the gym 4 days a week (mon - thurs) for about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs for 2 months.. incldues cardio and weight training.

    I haven't really lost any weight yet.. well maybe like 6 lbs which is kind of disapointing. but what my questions is.. why is it that after thursday.. i start losing weight maybe like 3l bs or so.. but when i start going back on monday.. i gain 2 or 3ish lbs back by tues or wed? shoudln't it be doing the opposite effect since I don't work out on the weekends and firday?

    so eating more ont he weekends means i should be losing weight? that doesnt' make sense.. I wouldv've figured i gain it on the weekends since i dont' goto the ygm fri/sat/sun

    dont judge "weight"
    judge measurements and viable numbers.

    as a starting lifter, it is possible you gained 3-4lbs of muscle and lost 10lbs of fat. So all you see is a few lbs loss.

    nm, i misread what your first post said. do you keep track of what you are eating?

    well i know i can grab less flab but i like seeing numbers. haha

    eh i try to..

    i'm at work a lot so and i HAVE to eat what they give me.. which is usually burgers.. so for lunch i either get club sandwich w/ no mayo.. or turkey burger w/ no mayo. dinner.. i cheat sometimes.. but not badly.

    weird, i'm heaviest on Thursdays... Mondays r my lightest
