My right wrist hurts like crap anytime i try to push something. Even like a door, or even pushing a person. It also hurts when i try to pull the wrist back. Obviously any pushing exercise is a real pain in the ass to perform. Anybody know wtf this is? should i go see a doctor or wait it out for a while to see if it goes away

If this were main OT i'd say you masturbate too much.

But this isn't main OT, so I won't do that.

    Go see a doctor?

This happens to me sometimes randomly. You probably just pulled or strained something. Lay off for a couple days and you should be fine.

This happened to me before also. I found that wrist stretching excercises help loosen them up and warm them up before working out. Since doing that Ive had less problems. I also do light wrist toning/stregthening excersises at the end of my workout every once in a while to keep them strong. It helps.

If you have pain, lay off em for awhile and when its gone steadily build up your wrist power with stretches and wrist workouts. Its worked for me.

this has happened to me too, try what Altotheix did, that has helped for me a lot. Also, try twisting your wrist medially, with your other hand pushing on it gently. I think i may have popped mine out of place or something, because when i pushed it back it make a popping sound, then a few days later it felt perfect.
