its a repost
ugh, goddamit, now theres nutragrain bar all over my monitor...thanks a lot.
can you do it?
i love the grunt at the end of that one...
check this one out:
at least he got *one* good rep out
it's called a pin press...
it is beneficial for powerlifters who compete in geared federations if they are having problems with the last 2-3" of their lockout.
It says what it is right there:
585lbs bench press at "notch 3" - bodyweight 190lbs
can "rackpull" 765 but can't pick up a 240lb stone...lolz...
listen to his voice.
this guy is all kinds of fail
Not exactly YouTube-worthy.
He's deaf you moron.
So far nobody in this thread laughing can do it. Or even come close. The shrugs were stupid, the pin press is fine.
I've seen people who can pull 700 not be able to pickup a 280 stone on their first try. And that's a full range deadlift.
Its completely different I had a hard time in general with the stones at my gym just trying them out, its fucking hard, the stones they used at the Strongman show are my gym stones
seriously? I know it's a different movement but when I was pulling in the low 500's I could load a 240lb stone for 3-4 reps.
Funny videos, I will give the guy credit, he is strong but his methods are hillarious. His tire flip videos are pretty good and he has a solid form on his squats, but, the other vids are just LOL.
Here is an interesting one...
why do you think that is?
They're just not as elite as you bro
Because Powerlifters don't train to pick up round stones that cut your skin.
its incredibly difficult.
