    not even close. those are 5lb plastic training plates. they use em to teach powercleans and deads... so you arent reaching really far down for your form

    those are plastic weights, my highschool use to use them. We use to act like they were really heavy and throw them at people to make them freak out, but they are only like 2 lbs if that.

    Yeah 1 arm curls BB are pretty hard, I barely use any weight when I do them. They're killer on the forearms though.

    who says he even curled it? all he had to do was hold it there for the picture

    reminds me of the guy who took a pic with 265 on his bench, but left it on the pegs and flexed his muscles

    a 55lb single arm BB curl is decently heavy, the balance aspect of it make it harder than curling a 55lb db

    not at that weight, if you grip properly... is he even centered on it? it's harder than a dumbbell yeah, but if you squeeze it's not bad at all
