wtf is happening with my wrist?

    so last week i started felling some pain on my wrist bone, i kept training for 3 days thinking it would go away,,,but it didnt so this week i didnt trained and im not using my wrist (right) even the mouse im using left hand
    weird thing is: sometimes the pain go away, usually when i crack my wrist, then sometimes i have it doing any movement then i have to crack it again to make it stop :hs:

    what should i do?

    were you doing any exercises in specific that irritated it?

    the pain actually started after the gym session, i got home took a shower and started using the computer
    then i felt it :ugh:

    nope the pain is actually here: [​IMG] but sometimes i feel it in the middle of the hand in the area above the bone

    i think pain associated with that side is normally carpal tunnel. and the fact that typing irritated it kinda points to that as well. maybe lift with gloves that have wrist supports? it will make your wrists weaker but might curb your pain.
