It's not quite my elbow but here's an idea of where. Put your finger on the very tip of your elbow (the part towards the inside of your arm) then move back an inch - inch and a half. It's like right where the bone ends. Anyway, when ever I do skull crushers i have this dull pain in my elbows. I didn't used to and it didn't even used to be both. It also seems to go away after I warm up though sometimes it persists for a short time. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this or how to make it stop?
