WTF is a PATA Hard Drive

    at the very end it says the ?TV is supposed to come with a 40GB PATA Hard Drive.

    I know ATA & Serial ATA, but PATA???

    I hope I can get one a Newegg cheap + people figure out how to upgrade the dam thing.

    then why not point out that it's regular old "ATA" instead of saying "PATA?"

    now that SATA exists, they have to distinguish between the two; both standards are still maintained by the same group. :dunno:
