wtf i dont get it

    ok well lately ive ben really sick and have lost 10 pounds in the past week alone, down to 180 lbs at 6'3'' skinny as FUCK... ive had an ulser that makes it pretty damn hard to hold down any good amount of food.

    well today i went back to the gym feeling shitty and i tried very hard, i actually PRed my squat at 5x405! up from 5x365! i didnt understand it, my deadlift was weaker and my bench was the same....

    anyone else ever hit a PR while sick?

    Thats pretty crazy man, I was sick a few weeks back and went from 212 to 202 and I lost a some strenght and endurance.

    yeah i was expecting to be way weaker than before.. i was so surprised... maybe ill break 1000 soon :x:

    my deadlifts always lag down as well. i did 385x3 easy one day, but my other attempts; hard a hard time with 315lb:hsd:

    what im doing is not to do deadlifts on the next back day, which is 2 weeks before my next dl attempt for a PR

    You can squat 405 but havent broken 1000? My 3 is 1055 and I squat 355x5.

    yep, my bench sucks too so far im at:
    bench:225x3
    squat:405x5
    deadlift:335x1(failed at 355, was probably just tired from PRing on squats :hs:)

    total:965 :wtc:

    thanks... but yeah i dont understand it at all... i am so skinny (in my eyes) and yet i am stronger 90% of all the broly looking guys at my shitty gym... seems like i should look better than i do... but im just looking at it positively, so that when i actually DO get to 205lbs.. ill be pretty strong :dunno:
