Y'all, I need some help. This time last week, I was on my way down below 158 towards 150 to get ready for a fight in April, when I did poorly on some school shit and got stressed out. Luckily, I only own healthy foods, but I did binge a lot on things such as bananas, hummus and diet coke. I had full upper-4 abdominal definition, but as of right now, it looks like I put on 10 lbs of fat directly on my stomach in the last week. Is this water weight, or actual fat? I also got a cold on around tuesday when I noticed the definition was fading fast as fuck, so I'm just tryin to see wtf is goin on. Haven't been doin bag work either cause of this damn cold, but it took me a year to get from 250 down to ~150, and I sure as hell am not gonna gain anything back. How is this possible? Thanks!
