    see, this is what happens when the NRA gives the liberals an inch. they see it as an indication that they can just pass all the antigun legislation they want.

    do they not have a right to do that anyway? when you call the BATF on a purchase they say you can or can not purchase a firearm?

    Yeah, but usually you have to be a felon to get rejected (although mistakes have happened). All that is required with this bill is for you to be "suspected" of terrorist ties, etc. to get blacklisted. Not only that, but then they come to your house soon after and confiscate all the firearms to currently own.

    i didnt read it all the way, but if you have a permit and dont call in a background check, isnt it kinda pointless?
