Ok so I need some help with my diet I guess. Was cutting for a while, dropped from ~225 down to about ~176 (16%BF) ( :eek3: ) this morning. I'm trying to just maintain and clean bulk, cutting bf. Critique my diet.

    Meal 1 (8am) - 6oz chicken, 2tbsp peanut butter, 1cup broccoli (410cal/46p/14c/17f)
Meal 2 (11am) - Double scoop protein shake, 2tbsp peanut butter or handful almonds (370cal/54p/6c/16f)
    Meal 3 (1:30-2PM) - 6oz chicken, double serving brown rice, 2cups spinnach, 2tbsp peanut butter/handful almonds
Meal 4 (6-6:30PMish) - 6oz chicken, serving wheat pasta, serving pasta sauce, 1cup broccoli, 2tbsp peanut butter.
Meal 5 (Post workout around 9ish) - Double scoop protein shake in water, 2tbsp peanut butter

    2553cal/91f/168c/261p

Can anyone give me some input as to what I should be adding at this point? Thanks

I don't understand why you are saying you want to bulk while you are still trying to lose bodyfat.

I want to put on muscle without putting on fat. I know I need to up my calorie intake, but what should I add to my diet?

It's tough to do this but your diet looks like a good starting point. If you start gaining fat then cut your calories a little bit.

Maybe cut your carbs depending on how you feel. I usualy feel pretty much great on 100 a day.

You'll pretty much always gain fat and muscle together.

I basically did the cut diet for a while, which is how I got down to where I am at. My body is very sensitive to carbs (or so I thought....), but I have added carbs back into my diet and still losing weight, but slowely?

No, Clean bulk is only whole callories, low GI carbs, and good fats, those are the type of callories your body knows hopw to convert straight into muscle, and only muscle! Shit like wendies has a little flag on each callorie that turns directly into fat. Clean Bulk does nto make you gain fat faggot!:ugh2:

What type of foods should I add to my diet I guess is the question, or should I eat larger servings in my meals? I don't want to lose any more weight, I'd like to maintain my weight but cut fat and build lean mass.

It's all about cals in vs cals out. If you want to stop losing weight, eat more.
